Fiddled around some more and was able to create the self custodial Flash(lightning) and Stash(on-chain) wallets. Once I created a Stash wallet the Flash wallet appeared, but then I also had 2 Stash wallets. Definitely a buggy, but I have the seed phrases for the self custodial wallets.
