@npub12ze…hunm The only Fountains of Wayne songs I know are Red Dragon Tattoo, Denise, and Stacy’s Mom (which I don’t like but couldn’t avoid it!) I think I downloaded Denise off of Napster because I liked Red Dragon Tattoo so much after hearing it on the radio. Never listened to one of their full albums!

Loosely related to my moth talk… would it be ridiculous of me to hire a cleaning service for my apartment? I have it in my head that cleaning services are for houses only, but I’d like for them to do a thorough cleaning of my place. Is it strange to do this for an apartment?

I thankfully only have maybe 1-2 articles of clothing that are made of natural fibers… but I knit so I have a ton of yarn that is now in plastic bags and going through a long process of freezing to kill anything inside. I will honestly probably get rid of most of my yarn because of this.

I keep on seeing a stray moth or two on my towels, under pillows, and ugh, one under my bedsheets when I was changing them this weekend. I’m so tempted to get rid of so many things because I am so grossed out. I hope this is close to the end of it because I’m sick of keeping all my stuff in plastic tubs.

23 years ago today, I bought https://star-shaped.org! I did not think I’d still own that domain 23 years later, but here I am.

I thought Baby 81 was only okay but I also haven’t listened to it in years, so time to put it on again! I like Howl and Take Them On, On your Own better. And the self titled! Finally threw out the handknits that the moths have ruined, so now I’m sitting here crying about it.
I had to throw out a thing I knit almost 20 years ago and a huge project I knit with my handspun in 2020, so yeah, it hurts to throw those away.

Started training for a half marathon this week and did my first “long run” today. “Long run” is in quotes because it was only 3 miles, but I needed to start somewhere!
