They weren't that bad until the last two weeks.
Today, they seem to be suggesting I need to mail them the phone before they'll send a replacement. I will be calling them tomorrow and asking for a supervisor. It's not an option for me to go phoneless, so if they can't help me, sounds like I'll go back to TMobile.

And today, 8 days later, the screen is coming off of this replacement device, too.
Google Fi customer service is on crack. They are telling me to just send in the phone without a replacement.
Not happening, I need my phone in order to log into work, there's a verification app. I will be calling them tomorrow.

The replacement phone arrived, took forever to charge and I got through most of the migration and OS updates last night.
So today I'm futzing to get it back where I had everything.
