Using #Bluesky / #Mastodon is still better than using #Twitter (X) / #Threads / any centralized service. Threads may join the broader #fediverse but not yet. Eventually we'll get to #decentralized super apps or super protocols with interoperability so that we can end this superiority discussions. Be kind and Rome wasn't built in a day. Cheers!

The best part of #Nostr is not being associated to one client/web app. I routinely use @nprofile…s8dt and #primal on my 📱+ few web apps on 💻 Reminds me of pre-IPO #Reddit, where we had choice of many clients. My favorite was the #Relay app!

adhish@adhi.sh, also didn't work. It's something to do with how clients access Github Pages. Inspite of being CORS enabled, it's not working.
Anyways, used third-party nip-05 for now until I get my server up and running. Thanks for all help @nprofile…0dsm. 🙏

Thanks @nprofile…0dsm, haven't checked that yet. Trying to see if cname routing for www would cause this issue. Removed that, will wait and check if it resolves. If not then try adhish@adhi.sh. Thanks @nprofile…pc7r. Interesting. I've an additional nip-05 with Alby as backup, wanted to use my own domain and learn the inner workings of the protocol. Currently I'm hosted on Github pages, if this doesn't work, will spin off a server and host on that. Let's see!

Trying to hit 30 minutes of Zone 2, 6 days a week, with another 30-45 minutes of some form of strength, mixture of bodyweight, machines and/or freeweights.
Following Dr. Attia's cardio protocol with Zone 2 training most days and one/two day a week of Zone 3-4.

Haven't tried fasting without water yet. Many elders in my family do it though. Need more evidence to pursue. 😅 Soon planning a 3-4 day water-only fast this quarter.

Believe, by dry fasting, you mean, no food and no water? Many Indians do dry fasting during the current #Navratri time in the month of October. Do agree with fasting but not dry, just completed a 1-day water-only fast this morning. Hoping to do it once a week 🤞

Just saw Threema's website again. Seems like they are open source now and tout Swiss data residency. Back in 2016 I was considering secure alternative to WhatsApp but then signal had just started to mature. Threema I believe was closed source, Germany based company, and required upfront payment limiting network adoption. Good to see them evolved, thanks for sharing!
