People often confuse aging with weakness.
But the two do not necessarily have to be linked and I believe it's a core part of what Dylan Thomas was saying here in his famous quote.
Life is like a flame and it should burn bright until it can no longer burn at all.
When it's our time to leave this Earth, we should do so having given our all. We have one opportunity to live, to love, to laugh, fight, create, conquer, build, produce and experience. It's our duty to make the most of it, no matter the circumstances.
Age and death come for us all, but weakness is a choice - as is strength.
The dimension may change, but the essence remains the same.

Watched a video this morning of Sly Stallone talking about how soft the world had become (no longer allowing 8oz gloves in the ring).
Reminded me of a passage from Bushido about adversity & growth.
Society has become stagnant because we’re soft. We’ve stopped growing, creating & producing bc we’re comfortable.
Perhaps that’s the hidden blessing behind clown world? To give us some adversity to fight & contend with.
Sure. It’s a humiliation ritual having to fight with retards - but we brought it onto ourselves. We need to transcend them, and seek a new, more worthy opponent.

Almost two years, six drafts, and 125,000 words later, The Bushido of Bitcoin is nearly complete. Before the book’s release (next 2 months) I will:

What is The Bushido of Bitcoin?
This is not another book about the history of, or justification for sound money. Neither is it concerned with how Bitcoin works, or how and why it will win.
This is a book about the behaviour, virtue, culture and civilisation of greatness.
It seeks to answer the question: “What happens when Bitcoin wins?”
Who do we become, after we’re the socio-economic elite of the world?
Will we become a new parasitic class?
Will we become self-indulgent degenerates?
Or..
Will become men and women of virtue?
It’s not enough to just say “Bitcoin Fixes This.”
We must actively develop the virtues which give rise to a culture of excellence, for this is the only kind that can reclaim and rebuild civilisation.
Starting tomorrow I will introduce you to the Ten Virtues making up The Bushido of Bitcoin.
They're glimpse into the the book, which itself will follow the historical and etymological genesis of these virtues with an in-depth historical and philosophical analysis on how they were developed and embodied by the greatest leaders and warriors throughout history, along with the lessons we can draw from them as we embark on a new age that demands heroism should we want to claim back civilisation.
