Hey, fedi, do you have any recommendations for hosting providers?
We’d like host a Minecraft server for 5-10 people. We were initially self-hosting them, but we’ve been asked to relocate them off of the network before we leave.
We are in the US and would prefer to spend as little as possible; we’d also like to make sure the servers are in the US.
We don’t mind managed hosting, but we’re comfortable setting up a server ourselves on a raw Linux box.

does anyone have any good tools for converting FLAC to AAC that are (a) free and (b) not just ffmpeg under the hood? we wanna convert our FLAC library to AAC so we can sync it to our iPod but ffmpeg’s files have weird skipping issues (this is documented) so we can’t use it

Fedi, I am calling for your help on a really specific thing.
I used to have a Nintendo DS/DSi/3DS storage/carrying case, that I loved to shreds. I want to identify it, and find a new one, but I don’t remember who made it. @npub1svs…p66u Hi! Loving the app so far, but having a few issues mainly with push notifications. Our instance runs Akkoma, so not sure if that’s the problem, although a previous post of yours mentions supporting Akkoma notifications.
Here’s the general gist.
- I enable push notifications
- I hit save
- I restart the app to *make sure* it saved
- It did
- I lock my phone
- Someone interacts with my post
- I do not get a push notification on my phone (the notification does show in the app)
- I check Mona settings
- Notifications disabled again
It’s a bit frustrating. Otherwise a great app. Is there any fix coming for this or is this simply unsupported?
