@npub19ax…k85v Ugh, I'm kind of worried replying makes me a reply guy. But yes, I design and develop software for a living. And yes, that's possible.
However, in order for this to work for everybody it would have to be implemented on the protocol (ActivityPub) level. Which I guess ain't gonna happen, like, ever. One could still write a special client that hacks that for users of that client - possibly requiring a dedicated server, too. Not sure about the latter.

The reasoning for pulling the lever is the same as for this: if you have five sick people and one healthy who has matching organs to cure the sick, then you should kill the healthy person to cure the sick. Bad luck for the healthy person.
(And that provides no guidance for the Biden problem.)

@npub1gkk…7u7d @npub1psd…9sr7 You can tell vim to autowrap to a given line length. It'll wrap while you type. And a simple command (gqip, I think; no colon!) makes it re-wrap the whole paragraph, should you have changed it.
