Been thinking recently there should be a soap opera that subtly demonstrates pathways towards community action, resolving/exploring social justice issues etc, and the drama comes in showing the pitfalls and challenges that can arise within those contexts, interpersonal conflicts within movements etc.
As a soap, you'd be writing it around the drama, but really it's an instruction manual.

Anyway on a serious note I've already peeped some of you unlearning a bunch of the toxic traits that centralised social media spaces nurture and it's so encouraging. If you'd seen me when I joined here you'd be able to say the same about me too! Here's to the following year being better still, we've all got lots to do before this place is actually decent x

When punching a Nazi, or any other flavour of bigot, remember not to wrap your fingers around your thumb, strike with your first two knuckles first because the bones in your hands are important and you need them, and punch through rather than onto them with your whole body so they remember that nobody likes a punch in the face because when you get punched in the face it hurts.
