but yeah i agree there should be some kind of incentive/compensation for those contributing to Nostr (devs, design and marketing etc)… maybe a treasury zap-pool with allocated percentage depending on the type of contribution. Nostr users could also opt in to support the growth of Nostr by zapping monthly or whenever they can/want to the pool. this might need governance and voting for who takes how much and why but im sure #nostrdevs have already thought about this? 🤷‍♂️

Posting this note from #plebster on a 🤖-pixel after nearly 2 decades in the walled gardens of apple and man is it cool to be able to customize and control my own data for once! NGL... setting everything up is a bit of a pain and timedrain but hopefully it'll be worth it. I'm currently running #grapheneOS tryna figure out how to reclaim my data and embrace this new #freedomtech we've been gifted by the firedevs who built #Nostr 🙌⚡⚡

yeah love #plebster as well, have found that #snort works smooth and looks fresh cross platform on both mobile and desktop as well. i occasionally check in on #damus too as the main dev is pushing new cool stuff steadily just a bummer with the apple vs zaps thing although there’s a workaround with #zapplepay. Nostr and it’s potential is def the most exciting thing so far in 2023 imo

yeah saw that after checking your website..amazing works (u got a new fan now) was playing around with my previous code in replit using ghostwriter (gpt-4) but didn’t have time to make it work for zap.stream video id’s yet. gotta inspect what kind of video file is used and hopefully i’ll have a clean video looper for it soon. also gonna try some streaming myself!

tuned in yesterday while browsing damus and gotta say you got some really nice lofi beats in that playlist, also the animation loop is sick..who made that? on this topic: best thing if you have an IG, Whatsapp or FB account is to manually revoke your data and opt out of everything before finally deleting said apps as only deleting would still allow companies to control and do as they wish with your data right?

tryna get set up and comfy on Nostr and gotta say Snort’s got the winning hand so far over Damus where I’m struggling to get the feeds going from the relays. Snort sometimes shows the confirm handle “name@snort.social” but sometimes it disappears as does the banner image but maybe it takes a while to kick in? I also saw you can have a name.xyz handle so if anyone knows how to activate it pls lemme know! have a GLT errbody! 👋
