They probably don't understand the potential return for utilizing heat from miners. All businesses understand profit and cost (unfortunately probably in fiat terms). If you can provide information to them on the numbers you would be speaking the their language :)

Seriously! What are they currently generating the heat with? I would bet they need burst of really high heat on demand.
The only thing is mining has a lower heat differential than coils. So the max heat is not as good as traditional coil. But you could do consistent high heat all day :)
