afaik, the nostr event could still be fired without your LNG wallet receiving sats. Because they are different systems. Nostr doesn't back the sats, it just notifies you about the event. Once I got zaps a little more figured out in my app, I'll try to send you some 0 sat zaps and see if it works.

The camera man in this track is Craig Lambton, the best wingsuiter in North America, maybe globally. On this track we did two disciplines on the same jump, free flying and xrw (cross relative work). To get relative after the first flow he slowed his descent to give me time to deploy and at the tail end he's flying on his back while I'm locked into his chest strap like a surf board.

ESBuild compiles nostr-tools into nostr-tools.js. Background.js imports this file but you could cut the middle man and put tools inside background.js and compile it together. I'm unable to find proper documentation on how the logic of signEvent works.
I'm pretty sure I'm implementing this function wrong and that's all I need help with.

I'm happy to put $100 of btc on it. To get the test environment setup, npm i, npm run build, put the extension into firefox using manifest json at about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox
Then create a user profile, log into that user to pass the keys to background.js and now you should be able to edit bg.js, test a nip-07 signEvent login.
to retest: change the code, refresh the extension, log out then in of the user, and try to signEvent.
That's all you need to know dev on it.

I'm thinking about hiring nostr devs at this point. Building a novel nostr client solo is tedious and has taken me years to understand the poor documentation.
What we really need is someone to fund seasoned nostr devs to make the NIPs human and AI readible with examples and less nuanced. This way devs new to the space can get faster traction. Like read nip-07, there's almost no context! There's no documentation on how to signEvent without nostr-tools in pure js. It's been a lot of pain.

All nostr.build serves is media not text, so if it goes down, we just have broken media(kind 0, 1 pictures, audio, & videos) not the core text and all notes still work.
You'd have to solve global CDNs, and getting a different media handler wouldn't be no lesser evil because it's all just as centralized if Mystery-Owner-1 transfers it to Mystery-Owner-2. Maybe we offload all our images onto the relays but nostr won't scale any bigger if all new users have to pay upfront to post before they even learn conviction for the protocol.
I'm not trying to tell you you're completely wrong, it's just a really complex problem and hinting at things should change without proposing a solution/NIP doesn't move the wheel forward.
Keep thinking/learning about it all and maybe you'll end up contributing an important stepping stone later on.

2. the protocols is already way too slow for that
3. there's no need, nostr.build is routed through cloudflair to mitigate csam. giving operators a safety blanket.

the trick is you make a irrevocable trust that distributes wealth to them after they hit milestones of their own success. Like I'll match the fortune you made at 30, you get so much for having kids, metrics that incentivize them to walk their own fire and procreate to continue the trust. the halving works the same for raising value as it does for folking down descendants less coin but more value over time.
