Been meditating Vipassana daily for a while after about a year away from it. It’s like pumping the gas on raw consciousness. Reality is empty and meaningless. No-self is self-evident. Just information and consciousness dancing. Paradoxically, I love my wife and kids and everyone and everything more profoundly, and am grateful for all of it.
