Reading the press release NS wrote a couple of years back when they were placed, they were placed outside on purpose, so non-travellers can use them as well (and maintenance is easier as they're run by the water companies). But one per station isn't a lot, true.

Erfahrung 1 (DFDS Newcastle): Im DFDS-Kahn schläft es sich einigermassen gut; es scheint sich um denselben Schiffstyp zu handeln. Früher an Bord gehen war nogo wegen turnaround. Erfahrung 2 (Portsmouth-Caen): Sehr guter Schlaf, Anbindung an Zug beidseitig ganz OK.

What you are missing is that they aren’t allowed to discriminate between foreign customers and local ones. So the same rules must apply. And these can be we charge everyone from another bank (whether it be Austrian or Foreign).

Back when I did my dutch eindexamen (a-levels?) I had to answer questions about the 15 books I had to read. The oral was in april, one of the books I put on the list I had read almost one year earlier. Only reason I put it on was because there was a maximum number of pages (!) and this was a short novella. Couldn’t remember what it was about, but explained why I put it on there, had a nice conversation and passed anyways…

IANAL, aber: Das Werk wird erst am 70. Todestag des Erstellers (natürliche Person!) gemeinfrei. Bundesbahn hatte wohl (exklusives) Nutzungsrecht, es obliegt aber dem Ersteller die Plakate in die Gemeinfreiheit zu geben. Das gilt auch wenn ein Arbeitsverhältnis galt. Ob's möglich ist den Ersteller noch zu identifizieren?
