@npub1p9k…865w I tested to see if it's true but it seems that "Current / Optimal Res" is a pretty good indicator you can derive the aspect ratio from.
If you right-click and go to "Stats for nerds" it shows a bunch of stuff including resolution. I tried it with a 4k video and it says 3840x2160. Then I tried it with a ultrawide video and manually set the quality to 1080p and it shows 1920x804.
Seems to me like it's definitely possible to get the aspect ratio.

@npub1hd2…zm0u I get dick in revenue. Still have a firm $0 per month paycheck from the music I make.
This is really just a very satisfying hobby I have. I haven't enjoyed programming in my free time in years and needed another creative outlet, and well making 2D/3D art just isn't for me.
I guess I'm very privileged in my situation that I don't need to rely on secondary revenue. I just like sharing my music and shitposting 😛

@npub1hd2…zm0u I do both. I sell my music but also make it available for free (as lower quality YouTube videos).
For me it's more important to get my music out there than to make money right away.
I've never thought about if that makes it harder for others to charge for their music but I don't think so. Honestly selling my music and making albums wasn't even originally part of my plan, and I wanted to abandon it after my first album. I get more out of making shorter, less refined songs for YT
