i have a cookbook comming out in a few weeks with that as one of the mail topics. but to be honest. What I personally eat mostly for work is what I eat at home. Some variation of eggs with some variation of beef and butter on the side 😄
patties, steak bites and boiled eggss fx 😄
give carnivore a go and sti k with it for at least 30 day and see what happens if yiu are curious 😄

that sounds like some reslly good fat sources. The beef bacon I get is tasty but very salty so i needs to be added as a spice.
I have cream once in a while 😄 its tasty.

I found out some of my more distent family raise cows. I wanted to visit them to see how they raise them. Making your own food this way seems like the right thing to do. Do you make your raise or grow your own food?

They certainly don't like that, but I dont care. It is the propper human diet to eat mostly if not exclusivly animal foods, so yes, I eat primarily meat (beef), eggs and butter. But sometimes I have cheese, seafood, fish, bacon or liver.
Bill Gates and his friends don't want us healthy. Weak, sick and malnurished people are easier to control and the whole world elite knows this, pushing plant agenda and UPF for health reasons they say....

I think you make it less and less in your diet untill it ia fased out or you go cold turkey. I had coffee with heavy cream the first 2-3 weeks and a piece of dark chocolate once in a while, but I lost interest in it and just stopped. Maybe trying to quit the flavoring of your coffee and have it with heavy cream or butter instead, might help. This way you dont have to quit the whole rutine about coffe in one go. You can also make the coffee decaf. it will also help get rid of addiction to it. Also remember that it takes at least 3 weeks to form a new habbit also you have to be a bit persistent in the beginning! 😊

Yes, I eat about 100g of butter on the side of my fatty meals each day. I have also eaten panfried beef fat trimming which I like too, but butter is just so easy and convenient and does not need any cooking.
What have you tried? Any recommendations? 😊

I try to live healthy and did keto for about to years to prevent disease. I tried carnivore because my husband asked of I wanted to try it. and motovated me to try it for health reasons. I was very sceptical about it tho.
I have been compleatly blown away by the health benefits and healing I have experienced with this way of eating! After 9 years of osteoarthritis pain in my right knee I am pain free and can play floorball again and sprint! No more sesonal allergies and so many improvents in mood and energy! and many many kore benefits.
Now it is very hard not imagining my life without a ton of animal foods in it!

i think cutting out all plants mad a huge difference for me personally! I eat mostly meat(beef), eggs and butter. I dont do lion diet. I think Lion diet can be helpfull for mamy people, fx severe mental illness or autoimmune disease. but definatly cutting the plants out wad great for me!

Diary of a carnivore
Day 0: Feeling angry 😡 and shocked 🤯 because my husband suggests I should try carnivore.
Day 3: I decide to give it a try.
Day 8: Discovering that the veggies I thought I would miss don’t taste that great after all. 🫑🥬
Day 10: Surprised by how much I enjoy eating meat and eggs three times a day 🤤
Day 20: Amazed that I no longer have knee pain, and I can run, jump, and squat as much as I want.
Day 21: No longer watching reality TV, but reading about nutrition and health whenever I have free time.
Day 30: Realizing that I didn’t know much about nutrition before and that I’ve been living suboptimally until now 😳
Day 60: Believing that the food industry wants me sick and uninformed and that they are collaborating with Big Pharma 💊
