@nprofile…0ajr The vis issue on older MacOS is best addressed with a portable wrapper which accounts for missing functions not provided by the operating system. The mailing list thread resumed today, a patch has been submitted which adds such a wrapper, and should eventually resolve the issue once @nprofile…gsje gets a chance to take a look. I hope you will then sleep better ;)
Failed payments don't go unnoticed since the payment processor is flagging them as such. So even failed attempts to contribute to the fund are visible to project admins who have access to the payment processor, even though failed transactions don't appear on the opencollective page. The actual amount of failed transactions is very low.
I never expected financial contributions from people who are already invested in the project in other ways. Some devs have sent non-trivial amounts of money into the gothub fund regardless, but that is their choice. You are already investing time and effort, and as far as I can tell it doesn't sound like you are in glorious financial circumstances right now? By all means, please keep your money. If you were trying to contribute money hoping to secure repository hosting space, I can sponsor such space for contributors. I have spare VMs across two of my personal servers and you would be welcome to use one of them to store repositories.

Game of Trees 0.107 has been released.
🏗️ The tog repository browser is no longer a pure repository browser because it can now display uncommitted and staged changes in a work tree. Diffing local work tree changes against an arbitrary repository tree is not yet possible but is planned for the future.
:flan_dance: Commands which use the network now support a -J option which specifies an SSH jump host to use.
🏷️The got tag command can now list one tag per line via the new -s option. The existing "-s signer-id" option has been renamed to -S.
⛲ Many memory leaks were found and fixed after adding automated memory leak checking via @nprofile…djl3 malloc to the regression test suite. An upgrade is especially recommended if you are running gotwebd 0.106 on #OpenBSD -current. Some leaks were accidentally introduced with the recent imsg API redesign in -current, eventually making gotwebd unresponsive to requests.
