Calendula, Cosmos, Cerinthe, Delphinium, Brussels Sprouts, Melons, Cape Gooseberries, Sweet Peppers, Violet Artichokes, and Tarragon all started, with the help of my son. Hopefully with grow lights these won't be too leggy.

Started some Asters, Onions, Peas, and Radishes in the greenhouse. All packets said they could be sown out in Feb, but I'm hoping the frost protection will do them some good.

Radish (Saxa) seedlings predictably the first to show, though a few All Year Round Cauliflower are popping up too. My son is thrilled to see results already.
Grow light strips arriving Monday, let's hope they do the job!

Planning to establish fruit tree guilds around this apple, cherry, and apricot tree. Any advice? Any pitfalls to avoid? Will add my initial thoughts once I've read the bookmarked blogs I've got, but has anyone tried this?

This tree on our allotment site doesn't belong to anyone. I'm told it's Victoria Plums. Anyone know if these are ripe? Conflicting info online.

Round 128 of "Pete didn't label the things and now needs to know what things are" please. I plan on using cut-up milk bottles for plant tags next year, I promise...
PlantNet says Squash, Melon etc... I thought it was beans, but they're in a different container.

Any idea what's going on with this Pumpkin plant? Fruit seems to be growing fine, but the whole plant is turning yellow, and the leaves are sort of turning upwards like an inside out umbrella...

My romanesco Cauliflower heads now look like this. I didn't think they were big enough to pick, but have they now bolted? Not grown them before, but I think the dry weather has done for them...
