You can also do a grep through the deps directory. eMacs find grep command works really well. Elixir’s module system is very clean unlike using npm etc.

That’s not what I meant. You don’t need to worry about indirect imports. Look at the imports in your code and it’s in one of those modules. Another way of finding it is a running elixir system can be attached to and enumerate modules and their functions exposed. You’ll find it pretty easily. Dm me with a better screenshot.

To check a list of functions, check what modules are loaded in a running environment and iterate over each module and you’ll get a list of what functions are available across the system.

What’s has happened makes the fed look good and hurt btc. Here’s an explanation: Think it this way, someone trusts you with money, you invest in something solid (MBS} that is guaranteed to payback the full amount in 10 years. After one year the guy who gave you the money wants it back now. Because you don’t have it, you have to sell the MBS at current market price which is lower then par (the full amount in 10 years). Your rich uncle steps in because he can wait 10 years. No money was printed. If anything this made the case strong for why the fed is a good thing - on the other hand the btc ecosystem just lost a key ramp into the system. Fed comes out looking good, btc looses ramp. Net negative

Your article doesn’t really capture how bad it gets. It assumes good intent - but there is an adversarial scenario that comes about the same way. I have bad memories from the browser wars, where ms did the same thing with IE. The problem is you need one well funded party with malintent to cause convergence on the client and pass the overhead on to others who simply can’t keep up. We have to protect the protocol and adherence as religiously as bitcoin.

it’s actually pleasant because you feel like you are in control. You check when you want, no notifications and spam emails constantly pulling you to the app to stay there all day. I hope these things are considered when you do finally implement notifications. Default should be silence. It’s also nice to see @jack in his element - almost feels like early days of twitter.
