Doll posting and age regression are not a sexual thing, they can be used sexually but not every instance of it is sexual, nor does everyone who does it have sexual intents. I'm ace-spec. I doll post and act and want to be a doll not to be sexualized but because being objectified gives me euphoria, it's the same reason I use it/its pronouns.
