#today Facebook served up memories of my ex and me on a summer vacation. One of these started me sobbing. I shared the memory with the question: "Why can't I get over him?" The sob fest ran about 30 minutes. Then, I talked myself through a visualization of the mood swing moving in smaller arks, until it stopped at center, with the chain vertical. I'm back at center. Hurray !

@npub1mdk…aptk I won't be celebrating tomorrow. Just another quiet day at home for me. Can I catch up on sleep? There we go! The people in this morning's online chat aren't so enthusiastic, either. As soon as I mentioned not celebrating, the discussion topic became the corrupt supremes and related. A retired judge in the chat doesn’t consider the decision, on the website case, to be legitimate, since it was made, based on hypotheticals. She says that is not the way the judiciary is supposed to work, and this move is unprecedented.
