Looked hot today doing a work thing in a nice, date worthy dress. (WIN SOME).
By the time I got home, after a side quest errand, ink was all over a side of my light colored work tote. Possible that a pen leaked inside the packed bag but there was no stain *inside*. Also possible that my ride back had some sort of ink on the backseat. I swear I did not see the stain earlier in the day. (LOSE SOME).

So I started (with fits and starts) on a quasi-keto, quasi-dirty fasting regimen. I’m down 6lbs as of today and can fit into those jeans again already. I just need to lose 6 more lbs to return officially to a healthy BMI.
Basically cutting calories (mostly carbs and extraneous cheese) in favor of vegetables, fruits, and a little more meat than I usually have consumed, although I’m trying to find filling vegan/vegetarian meals.

About two months ago, one morning I tried putting on my favorite pair of jeans and they did not fit. I knew I had been fulfilling my genetic destiny by becoming curvier as I grew older, but these particular pants not fitting was an insult I could not take. The past few years of Covid and then months of grief after my mom’s passing did not help.
