yes it will but i hope the SEC will wait a tad for the first approval ... would personally like to load up a bit more before the first mainstream wave hits tbh and give others that are getting orange pilled a better / fairer share ... after the funds etc come it'll get kinda expensive compared to now ... not that #bitcoin is ever expensive no matter the fiat evaluation #btc will outperform at any given entry point if you have time and patience (love it tbh that it's nothing for speculation as the shot coin market ...)

GM #[0] may i put in a feature request for #damus this way (actually 2)?
would it be possible to implement:
1) combine hashtags in the search with logical expressions ( || or OR , && or AND etc) so for example:
#btc AND #bitcoin NOT #crypto
and as these can get lengthy depending on personal preferences to get the content one seeks to read up on maybe the second request would be helpful:
2) enable hashtag searches / filters to be saved on the client so one can create a list of searches / hashtag combos that one can quickly access later

personally we have gifted some #bitcoin to our second godchild (when we were asked and accepted the first one we weren't into #btc yet) - but we went the easy route to just write down the 12 seed words and the private and pub-key and amount on a card (+a backup we kept sealed with us just for the worst case scenario the parents lose it)

The most annoying part about buying #bitcoin is the time waiting for the fiat to finally hit the the stupid exchange (SEPA transfer) and finally be able to buy some ... getting the #btc off the exchange is so smooth compared to that ... (if it wasn't i would use an other exchange 😂).

same ... started out with WoS but didn't like it - currently i'm trying the Bitcoin Beach Wallet, at least one can set/choose the lightning address here - but it's not always accepted by certain services strangely ... so i'm just as you still looking for a "proper" or "nice" lighting enabled wallet (iOS)

I'll be honest: I don't think the banking "system" will fail fast - they'll not let go of the power they have over all of us ...
BUT in the long term #bitcoin will rule them all - still some points need to be figured out and implemented in #bitcoin a proper way especially - unfortunately and no matter how much I personally hate them: LOANs - they are essentially not only for startups but also individuals to let's say buy a house or whatever they desire/need now but can't afford in full rn ...
The road ahead of us banking / currency-wise i'd assume is kind of orwellian: big and small countries as already europe/north america/BRICS will at some point settle on a common CBDC for their respective regions (as the EURO is already ... and how much pain and currency devaluation that brought we can all here in europe still remember painfully) - but at some point also these institutions and fiat currencies will fail following their predecessors but by then they'll at least have made everyone comfortable with digital currencies and people will at some point flock towards #bitcoin - but especially then we will see the most fierce attacks on the network so be prepared and best contribute to it yourself by then by at least running your own node if not even a small miner ... we can do it!
Be strong and keep believing - BTC is the way!

i'll be honest personally i really like the 🤙 a lot and was a bit surprised at first that people here didn't use it that much - but maybe #onlyzaps is the way forward for this platform - possibly set it as default on / opt out for clients (not sure yet if this would be wise) ... any opinions from the #plebchain ?
