I think about this a lot... I reflect about my own educational gaps and previous mistakes with my kids' education. Many decades (maybe centuries?) ago, families used to be more involved in the education of their children. It became mostly delegated to government-led centralized school boards with almost no room for healthy competition.

Well, I understand the main pros (network effect) and cons (centralization) of X, I'm not against it or Elon but the reality is that, as a Brazil resident, it is actually easier for me (and for a few other millions) to stick to Nostr 🤷🏼‍♂️

Amazing story! As an engineer myself that ended up working with Corporate Finance for my whole career, I can relate with your journey, at least partially.
As an additional curiosity about Brazil's aviation legacy, the country also has a notable aircraft engine overhaul shop located in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro (owned by GE Aerospace).
