I am so tired.
How do you keep going when you don't know what will happen next?

Evening,
I've been in a grump for the last 2 days, but tonight my husband and I attempted to cook moussaka together and now I'm laughing.
Our attempts at cooking with each other have almost always gone badly, and this was no exception, however, we have fun and that was just what was needed.

I don't want anyone else to live through the pain I'm experiencing right now.
Please:
- Check your smoke alarms,
- Work out your escape routes in case of a fire (that's plural routes in case of fires in different areas).
-Practice your escape routes.
-Know where your keys are when you go to bed, and make sure you can grab them on the way to your escape routes.
Whatever you do, please do not take the batteries out of your smoke alarms because they annoy you.

First thing I did when I woke up this morning is check my uni results again, just in case I'd imagined it.
I didn't! I did do very well!
I'm aware that some people will think I'm just boasting, but I am genuinely amazed at how well I've done. This is my 3rd attempt at a degree and it's so incredibly validating to know that I do have the ability, it's just previously I didn't know I had #adhd I'm starting to believe that I might actually get this finished this time!
The relief is immense
