I didn’t mention this on my watchOS review because I didn’t have the new hardware (and no one knew until the series 10 was out) but as @npub1f4d…42zv perfectly puts it, the lack of development on Apple Watch faces is ‘stupid’.
Apple is killing it in so many other ways on the watch but watch faces have been treading water for years.

Following up from all the fun from yesterday, I just want to say how happy it made me that Federico hired an illustrator this year.
As someone who works in the design industry I can tell you there is a noticeable change in the amount of people who just use generative AI instead of hiring an illustrator.

Such a silly, stupid film with lots of silly, stupid bits (“Cool beans!”) that just make me giggle like an idiot. A lot. One thing I don’t remember from my previous watches is the little touches of flare in the filmmaking style that pop up here and there. Akiva was obviously enjoying himself.

@npub1svs…p66u Is there any special Mona action for the Action Button? Or can you just assign a shortcut containing Main shortcuts actions to the action button? I can’t see any pre-created options when I try to select from the Action Button in settings.
