@nprofile…0kgd this wouldn't completely solve it, but i think tagging procedural edges to be bevelled with a vertex colour and using it to create a mask to modulate the normals with could be a start, since for a bevel you just need to tilt the normal direction

@nprofile…0kgd you could potentially make bevelled versions of your meshes and bake them to normal maps to at least give it the illusion they're bevelled at most viewing angles. That would also allow you to fade the normal strength to 0 on parts that are snapped so the bevel effect disappears

@npub1ykd…6j2y @npub162k…lm6s @npub1xnp…8gp7 the virus' primary function isn't the cold/flu symptoms in the acute phase, it's the chewing through organs and immune depletion that's the problem, mild organ damage isn't really a thing. The only way it'll get better is if people and governments decide to put actions in place to make it so

I've been really enjoying not having social media after the fall of the website formerly known as birdsite, but I'm really missing the little bits of cool knowledge I used to come across
