i love that UK trans+ healthcare has ended up in a place which means that a lot of disadvantaged queer folx can never, ever, dream of a stable supply of HRT without first being able to afford £200 to sign up, a monthly subscription of (likely) £100s, continuous £250 blood tests — the fees go on and on.
