When my husband took Moose for a walk this morning, he saw all these sunflowers and told me they'd make a great picture. He was right. I'm surprised at how many there still are in the middle of September.

I have an appointment with the gastroenterologist today. Yay for me. Then in 2 weeks it's my check up with my pulmonologist. Then after that it's 2 weeks to see the eye doctor. I miss the days where I went out on the weekends and partied, and went fishing and other fun things that my younger body could do.

My husband was just driving past the barn to park Rio's water trailer when I said: Holy crap! That is one big tarantula! I grabbed the phone I didn't get to close I was worried it would jump on me. My husband did knock it down and kill it, hell no you're not going to freak us out by hiding in the barn somewhere.

We had 3 visitors this morning. I love looking at deer especially when they are close to the house like these 3. My husband was lucky to get the shots he did, because after Moose barking and him standing on the front deck they started moving on.
