Hey darth. Do you use any of these? I have been looking for someway to do this for a long time but no luck Coinsfer website gives site not found error. BillPayForCoins give error when I try to sign up. And Spritz Finance has none of the bills I would like to pay.

Most of the time in my life things are going well. But occasionally things go wrong and I can feel strong negative emotions for a short period of time. I have to remind myself that emotions come and go like the wind and to do all the healthy things I know to do, like sleeping well, eating right, drinking water, exercising, listing things I'm grateful for, reading, meditating, breath work and/or writing. In moments of weakness these are the last things I want to do. Recently I have noticed that a quick phone call or better yet, a lunch or coffee with friend(s) gets me out of the negativity quicker than anything else, but the last thing I want to do is pickup the phone and call someone and give them my sobstory.
I wonder if anybody else has these experiences of knowing what things to do to reverse the negative thoughts/energy but not wanting to do them? And I also wonder if anybody has any advice on how to call someone up when you are experiencing negative emotions without "bothering" them, or maybe that's what friends/family are for at times?

I’ve been trying to get my dad into Bitcoin for the better part of the past decade and he showed very little interest beyond being very skeptical and asking some of the questions we all ask at the beginning of our journey. Recently he started asking me about #[0] and River and unchained capital. Then he had me help him invest a substantial portion of his net worth and started making comments like Bitcoin is the only crypto worth a shit. When you say Bitcoin bank I think of exchanges and companies like bitrefill and the Bitcoin co. And while using decentralized exchanges would be better in terms of liquidating they aren’t there yet in my opinion in terms of volumes and ease of use. And yes in the future it will be great to send a bank Bitcoin for a mortgage payment. But in the mean time companies like strike, fold and the Bitcoin co while they have their trade offs, are an important piece in making the transition to getting on zero (fiat) a lot easier.

Health Insurance companies suck man. I have been using crowdhealth for the past few months and it has been great, I don’t know if it helps your particular situation but It seems like a very viable long term alternative to hopefully do away with the bullshit that is health insurance companies today. What may help your situation is that In my experience with hospitals stays and doctors visits, negotiating a cash price up front has been cheaper than what I used to pay per visit even with “very good” (or at least expensive) health insurance. Often times 60 percent cheaper.
