@nprofile…48vs (reading the text) doesn’t this mean if they tack on a big long unreadable description of the fact they ‘may’ create a digital replica and how they ‘may’ use it and say sign it or you don’t get the job, they’re all good (legally)?

So there's apparently a settlement in a #lawsuit against #Patreon for sharing video access data with #Meta without users' consent.
The class includes anyone who accessed video on Patreon between 2016-04-01 and 2024-09-23 and at the same time had a #Facebook account.
The requirements for submitting a claim, however, include providing your *current* Facebook profile URL.
So if you HAD an account but have since deleted it (or delete it now), you are eligible but they will deny your claim??

@npub1z9m…rz2z I'm updating my #11ty version and got an error about a missing file extension (writing a .htaccess file, so I'll just add the front matter to suppress it for that). The error message included a link but it seems like it's the wrong one for this error - https://www.zachleat.com/web/trailing-slash/ ?

I just updated from @npub1z9m…rz2z 3.0.0-alpha.10 to 3.0.0-alpha.17 and holy cow that memoization layer helps - build time on my host dropped 80% (I may make a lot of calls to slugify 👀 )
