@npub15gv…74v6 That's not to say that it shouldn't have a tutorial. But even the "recipe book" I find doesn't really teach the core crafting mechanic. Is more like a "reminder".

@npub15gv…74v6 I think that's because we built a community when the game was in its infancy and didn't have a tutorial yet. In alpha Minecraft you just tried random shit or googled how the game works. Then the game had it's formal release and people already knew/if you approached the community people taught you that way.
Also, Minecraft's biggest publicity was YouTubers, so if you bought the game there's a fair chance that you already knew how to play due to seeing it being played.

Okay, so I haver every part in a layer and I COULD animate this, but I still feel like this isnt the look I want to give to the game. So let's call it a pixel art exercise/character design. With this character study I'll try this weekend in getting her ready to be imported to a game engine/framework (I'm between Godot or Defold tbh). My objective is to make an open source fun game and post it on flathub :linux:
