Love to see this! We build habits (good or bad) no matter what so we are best served by making them good ones. Over the past 45 days I've started:
18/6 Intermittent Fasting
Getting up 1 hour earlier, goal is 2 hours earlier
Exercise every day
Meditation first thing every day
Recording my time investments in a form that lets me pull quantitative data from it
In the next 30 days I'm going to start my Google Data Analytics certification to pivot what I do for work. I too would like to work with folks that value a lot of the same things I do (privacy, freedom, health, etc). I also am planning to steadily increase my sat accumulation.
In the next 5 years I want to take major steps toward:
Self Sufficiency
Financial Independence
Love and light to both of you and all the success!
