I prefer to use QOwnNotes, Syncthing and my own backup system.
I should mentiont that my PC couldn't handle Nextcloud, so there's that, but I think I'd still use my system just in case

Spectacle lacks platform integration, I think, but it works great for screenshots and even screen recording. I recently found a snippet to use OCR with it :clippy:
