Not gonna lie. I don't understand watching your colleagues get unfairly raked over coals for no reason, and doing little to nothing to show support or solidarity. It's not fair to let somebody take all the heat and act like you're just glad it isn't happening to you. Somebody's gotta tell these guys their behavior's not okay, or else they feel more emboldened to do it. But nobody wants to get involved or get their hands dirty. Why is that okay?
