My old boss and I got better.

Yazın, 11 yıldır proje bazlı patronum ve Yüksek Lisans Tez Danışmanım olan kişi için full time çalıştım. şirketteki personel sorunları nedeniyle. 3 ay kadar. Ona hizmet teklifi verdim.
Şunu yaparım bunu yapmam diye.
Yaparım dediğim işlerin bir kısmı yetişmedi. Çünkü asla işim olmayan işleri yaptım.
Sonra da kavga çıktı aramızda.
Bana şu tesisatçının başında niye durmadın diye laf etti. Açıkladım. Hem işim değil hem de ne anlarım diye.. Ve tatildeyim. Delirdi tabi. Bana başka konularda laf saydırmaya başladı.. Ben de seninle mi uğraşacağım diye bitirdim bu iş ilişkisini. Tatilimi yaptım. Neyse aramız düzeldi. Çünkü sadece o iş değil aramızdaki ilişki. Benden yine bir sürü iş istemeye başladı.
Ama şöyle bir durum var. Eylül ayının ortasında bitti bu iş ilişkisi. Ağustostan kalan bir kısım ödemeyi ve Eylül ayının tamamını gönderecekti, Kavgadan önce. Göndermemişti. Ben de hizmetin fesh ederken. Ben sana şuna söz verdim. Şu kadarını yaptım. Şu kadarı kaldı. Söz vermediğim şu işleri bama yaptırdın. Hala bana ödediğin fazla geliyorsa hesapla ben sana geri ödeyeyim dedim. 😂
Aramız düzeldi baktım bu yine benden bir sürü şey istiyor. Eylül ayını da gönderdiğini mi sanıyor. Yoksa gerçekten de benim hak etmediğimi düşünüyor. Netleştirmek istedim. Bana desin ya. So I started to work on an issue that municipalities in Türkiye do not care about.
The socio-economic levels of the provinces and districts in Turkey (we do not have provinces) are determined by the Ministry every 5 years.
I also compared the last 2 reports and the municipal election results in these periods.
Which political party was there? Has the district developed or not?
Has the political party changed according to this situation? I did a study like this.
I think it was very nice.
Now I'm turning this into a presentation.
I will send it to the municipalities.
I don't think they were aware of this report. They make promises during the election. There is no such thing as getting to the top of this list.
Local governments cannot develop all the variables used in this ranking. However, I will also offer suggestions on what he can do about the points he can improve.
