With my Atari Lynx back in a working state I was excited to finally take a photo of all my handheld game systems together - but now my Tiger GameCom is all disassembled on my work bench for repairs! 😅

Wiping the label remnants off these old FDS disks in anticipation of an eventual re-write.
These disks were intended to be rewritten and once upon a time you could even take them to kiosks in Japan and get new games put on them.

Mass Effect: Infiltrator was a premium mobile game for Android and iOS
And since the Vita runs a proprietary version of Android, v-atamanenko built an installer file!
You have to source the game files and put them in the appropriate locations, but then you get to play a forgotten Mass Effect game and use the system controls instead of the touchscreen!
Had some fun installing and playing it last night!

Yesterday, skyfloogle released a Virtual Boy emulator for the 3DS that retains the 3D effects of the original experience!

I use the Atari Jaguar adapter as my North American power supply for my ZX Spectrum because it has the right port and the perfect volt/amps.
I also have found my Sega Master System controller works INCREDIBLY well as it's "joystick"

There's certainly not many ZX Spectrums out here in British Columbia, so I imported this excellent Speccy Expansion for SD loading and controller support! Works fantastic!

Did you know - before the GBA could connect to the GameCube, with the right cable you could connect your Dreamcast to a NeoGeo Pocket Color?
You can unlock characters, art, share your high scores, etc.
It's super cool!!
...looks like I need more space on my VMUs though! 😅

It's been... decades? since the last time "you gotta try this Doom wad" has been spoken in my circles, but MyHouse.wad has broken that dry spell!
For a crazy experience that's Doom-meets-Stanley-Parable grab GZDoom (if you don't have it already) and give this a try!

Hey UK friends, can you help a Canadian that's less familiar with troubleshooting her Speccy?
It *was* working fine like 6 weeks ago, but now it doesn't seem to want to load any .tap audio.
I've tried different volumes, different settings, different cables. The sound is definitely playing. Could the Ear port have developed an issue?
I know I could get an SD loader, but loading it through audio was so charming!
How would those familiar with the unit troubleshoot this?
