I have to respectfully disagree with you here. I say this as I am not a fan of either rapper, but art is what you make it. Creating something that doesn't resonate with everyone, or even anyone for that matter, doesn't make you not an artist. An artist is someone who uses a creative output to express their beliefs, morals, thoughts, life experiences, etc. You don't have to be respected or even talented to be an artist, you only have to be genuine to yourself and the content you create will be your art.

Recently I started arranging a track in Ableton to learn the features and controls. I am typically using Logic to produce and Pro Tools to mix and master, but I made a short track from composition to master using Ableton alone.
I've been creating instrument presets in synths like Serum and Vital and had an opportunity to put the sounds to good use in this track!

Hey friends and plebs! Thought i'd share this meditation track I made a while ago!
Its a 15 minute trance session and it contains binaural frequencies at 2.5Hz apart.
For those that don't know, Binaural frequencies are specific vibrations our brains interpret in a way that has been known to put the brain in a sort of "trance" for lack of better words. With one frequency to the left ear and another one to the right, the brain reacts in a very interesting way! The listener will begin to feel a sensation of bliss and euphoria when in this state, and can also help with depression and anxiety.
Please don't listen to binaural beats while driving!

When recording, always make sure to set your clip gain and be aware of your surroundings. Minimize your exposure to background noises like loud neighbors, air conditioners and fans, or anything that may bleed into the background of your recording.

pro tip: reverb bus
Reverb can add depth and space to a track or audio file. But did you know it physically changes the audio when placed on the same channel?
when adding reverb, try putting the verb plug in on an aux track or bus, then send your audio channel to the reverb channel until the desired outcome is reached.
This gives you total control of the amount of verb (or any plugin for that matter) being mixed into the audio.
Not only will this make the mixing process easier, but you could also use this bus to add the same type of verb to other channels as well such as all of the drum channels, with out having to recreate the verb everytime.
Remember to name your channels!

Pro tip: listening in mono
Listening in mono versus stereo can be beneficial. you will hear how other people will hear your song when using cheap headphones or speakers.
not every medium your fans listen to will have stereo sound.
this can cause some phasing issues if not taken care of properly!
always utilize multiple sets of speakers or headphones when mixing to hear how your song may sound on someones cheap headphones versus some expensive studio monitors.
and always use a phase meter!

Back-ups.
You gotta make back-up files for every mix and master you do! As well as if you happen to have any alternate versions like an acapella.
