Day 6 of fast. Everything normal. Only different thing I did today was dissolve 1tsp of salt in water and drank it because I’m tired of having people say you need salt. I’ve give 14 days without salt in the past no problem but fine. No calories in salt so I did the salt. Tomorrow go to the doctor to get full bloodwork done.

I'm not fasting for weight loss - that is a side benefit... I find my mind much clearer after a 10 day fast and it's a good way to get things started for the new year!
