I bet they also added more Nature to their life… cleaning up the toxic stuff is great. Sunshine and grounding (touching earth) help the body detox, improve sleep, reduce inflammation and so much more. Today I watched a young man in his 20s give a presentation that showed his bleeding cracked and scabbed legs. Since he was a young boy, he had issues. At one point he said he was on eight medication’s prescribed five times a day.

I attended a presentation at @npub1awn…nnl3 in El Salvador last week - it was about a P2P protocol said to be the “Nostr” killer - due to it solving delegation, sovereign DNS and a couple of things. I don’t think they have a front end app for it yet.
Many of us have fallen in love with the promise of Nostr…
I was excited to see a possible solution where I knew Nostr was lacking
and also heartbroken to think of Bitcoin community having to switch
