I have been thinking a good deal about the ideal relationship between AI and Bitcoin, but was a bit stalled.
I think that the latest episode of Guy Swann's AI unchained nailed it for me. Thank you Guy and Dhruv!
My takeaways:
1) AI's goal is defined as 'earn Bitcoin'
2) AI competes in the free market with everyone else
3) AI is a good citizen (rather than, for example, a paper-clip optimizing megalomaniac), because it is providing value

I've just listened to @npub1h8n…rpev reading @npub17u5…t4tp : 'Who controls Bitcoin core'. It's another great piece, which cleared up some nagging doubts for me.
I liked Guy's take on the 'Trust effect'. Perhaps a decentralized social network like Nostr is a necessary component of Bitcoin, in order to enable node operators who are not core developers to smell trouble coming and act accordingly.
