@npub1typ…c8hh it took me years of MTBing to finally buy clipless pedals, and when I did I only used them on a hybrid, on the road. Had more than one tumble at the start, including an embarrassing broken scaphoid in the middle of a Greek forest when falling into a puddle.
Happily SPD-SL'd up now - another rite of passage and a fearsome upgrade with the right shoes.
