IIRC the category differences are mostly about twist and shielding, focused on communication performance. Whereas the gauge matters for amperage, I don’t think the category makes a difference. An ultra thin Cat6A will be able to power less than a building-grade 5e. Cat6A makes sense for future proof but make sure it’s 23 AWG (most riser- or plenum-rated cables should be) and solid copper. I’ve got Cat6 all over handling 10-15W POE no problem.

AOC even addresses the debate and I think nails why it went the way it did, and contrasts it to his rally right after where he was super energized. Seriously, you gotta watch her whole video because it should be the last word on Biden staying in. She covers every aspect of it.

okay forget the metaphor, did you watch AOC’s video? It’s the most rational and politically savvy take I’ve seen, and she makes it abundantly clear that sticking with Biden is the less risky approach to beating Trump. She has a pretty scathing view of people calling for him to step aside and notes that party elites are _not_ unified around Harris, who is the only feasible alternative, and would instead replace the whole ticket—which she explains is an all but guaranteed loss.

if you watch the whole thing she’s pretty specific about the peril of the alternatives, and, acknowledging “there are no safe options”, she makes it very clear that keeping Biden the nominee is the best option at this point.

the iOS app [@ivory](https://tapbots.social/@ivory) kind of has this, when you start typing a hashtag it pops up a scrollable list of recently used tags (though it doesn’t stay open after you pick one so if you need to drop in a whole list it’s maybe tedious)
