I hosted my own email for a while; it's a lot. I offload "real email" to Fastmail these days, but for this -- a catchall domain where I mostly want to swear at information-slurping companies while still signing up for their shit sometimes -- something with an MX record and a lambda that dumps MIME objects into an S3 bucket is all I need :D

I ended up building most of the needed infrastructure for the same functionality just on Lambdas, so that I could have *@fuckyour.email go to an S3 bucket (S3 fucket?).
I like that this product is so easy to set up, but I'll admit that for my case I get more mileage out of the custom solution.

I've been using djlint and have been quite happy with it; I like it enough I actually wrote emacs lisp code to make it work with my save-on-format mode :D

Funny you should mention that, I'm doing something a lot like that, although on Azure instead; I've thought about doing it with fly.io -- which is why that was my original response! -- but since I get a bunch of Azure credits for free, haven't closed out on it.

I tried it for a month or so -- Hubbers seem to *really* like it -- and bounced off; it's not for me. It just fit me wrong and never settled into a comfortable pattern of usage.
