You know when I was a kid (yes, not even in this century - jeez, no need to rub it in !) We had that.
It was called the bibliobus, and it was a touring library going around the villages which didn't have a public library. I was waiting eargerly for the wednesday to get my weekly 3 books (not allowed more). It was a killer !

J'avoue ne pas voir la différence avec la situation existante actuelle en France. Si mes infos sont exactes (mais je ne suis pas français et je ne vis pas en France, donc j'avoue ne pas être au courant des derniers développements), apparement la police peut exiger le mot de passe d'un téléphone. Donc ils n'ont pas besoin de tout ça pour installer un truc sur un téléphone en leur posession, non ?

Si tu lis l'article tu verras que pour que ce soit le cas il faut spécifiquement mettre l'iPhone sur une surface prédéfinie (proprietary pad-like device ), donc a priori pour le moment c'est pas juste n'importe où. Mais c'est le début.
