I just had a 23% speed increase on my #rustlang project by disabling "panic = abort" in the release profile...
And I can consistently slow it back down when adding it again
Is there something there I'm missing ? Seams really odd

@npub1w66…rc58 For a purely capitalistic POV, I think innovation means monopoly (as you are the first one on the market).
Some business may try to solve an existing problem, but I think most of them are trying to find an angle to get into a favorable market..
Once they are inside, it's business as usual
