Right knee: slightly swollen and puffy, yet incredibly tender, unstable, and difficult to use.
Is the difference due to the AGE of the injury? The left ankle was horribly twisted 50 years ago and has continued to hurt periodically over the past 5 decades.
Right knee eroded due to arthritis, only painful for the past decade, tho increasingly.

If you've never tried roasted spicy cauliflower, please do this the next time you pick up a cauliflower.
Take it home, cut it into florets, wash, pat dry, put in a bowl with salt to taste (I use a couple of generous teaspoons).
Add 1 tsp toasted ground cumin, 1 tsp red chili powder; and 1 tsp turmeric. Toss till well mixed, oil baking sheets, pour cauliflower onto baking sheets and roast for 1 hr at about 375F.
Taste it and tell me about it.
