When I’ve done entry level recruitment in the last four years or so, a lot of candidates asked about things like D&I policies. It was really interesting – and refreshing – to talk to them and learn more about what their priorities were for a “good” employer.

Apple was designated as a gatekeeper in Sept 2023. If the company sat on their hands between then and March, that’s a huge management failure – or simply the act of a company which didn’t believe the law was going to be applied. Either way, it’s really down to Apple.

Because unless you can actually tell us - which case we clearly have a bit of a problem with some of the claims you've made about how it works - or you're talking bullshit, and just trying to get some leverage with the EU.
