@npub15th…6nvx I'm not convinced by that. The people are generally too unsophisticated. Brexit being a huge example. What you propose is too opposite and add prime to the same failures, just a different impetus. Checks and balances through coalition of interests is required.

@npub15th…6nvx We need to dismantle the system that has led to the now. First, enforce the law against those in authority and the rich, who break it. I suggest a prioritised approach: with amount of money involved as a factor. Vagabonds such as Johnson, Kwarteng, and so forth, higher up the list than petty theft for example; and much higher up the list than protest against government policy. There should also be a non-Parliamentary ratification required for substantial new or revised law.
