@npub1dm5…5sqe I presume this was on a work computer. If it was a home Windows PC, I would recommend PatchMyPC or Ninite.
The former has a scheduler that can be run on startup/daily/etc, and supports hundreds of applications. The latter runs on demand only and supports fewer apps.
They essentially do the same job in giving you the ability to install/update multiple applications at once.

@npub1xwc…ze8u I have almost exclusively found the entry as 'United Kingdom'. It's what is on our passports after all.
And as others rightly point out, GB is not the UK as per that screenshot. That website looks properly messed up.
I find the quickest workaround is to use the keyboard and not scroll.
