I've heard people *speculating*, based on nothing else but the facts she endorsed Biden in 2020 and her tour in Europe ending two days before the Dem's convention, that she *could* in theory be there and appear with KH and TW on stage.
*IF* that happens, it could be a legendary convention.

Vote for policitians/parties that batlle the climate crisis.
On a lifestyle level:
Reduce/Stop overconsumption
Reuse
Repair
Swap, borrow & lend
Recylce and compost
Examples:
If you're still flying, stop. If you're eating a lot of meat and dairy, stop or reduce the amount. If you're still using a car, drastically reduce its use and drive as efficiently as possible (every single day I witness peopel letting the engine run while hopping off, buying a newspaper/fags/snacks)

Agree with the last sentence and don't have a solution at hand but choices have consequences, and if people don't experience the consequences, they'ill never accept their responsibilities.
That's why I'm not a fan of taxpayers paying for individuals who accepted risks coming true that have been predicted for a long time.
And who themselves - by their life style - are most often major contributors to the climate crisis. Which pretty much everyone in "developed" nations is.

The thing is: It isn't one or the other. Both are necessary. And part of adaption is to stop doing many things. Like (re)building houses and infrastructure in regions that become uninsurable.

While I agree, the problem is that I can't remember any comparable problem in which that approach worked.
It seems to be engrained in most (all?) humans to avoid the truth of necessary behavior change at all costs, and justify sticking to said behavior because something, something will mitigate it without us having to stop behavior having devastating consequences.
